We provide an undying 100-night trial period for mattresses purchased on the company’s website or through an authorized distributor.
If a consumer is dissatisfied with his or her mattress, he or she should notify customer support within 100 calendar days of purchase.
The firm will cover the cost of return; shipping as long as the mattress is returned to the original delivery location. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the client is responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
General Terms and Conditions:
- We will need photographic verification of the mattress from you if you choose to return it. If you do not offer adequate proof, we may cancel your request.
- We will want photographic documentation of the packing and the mattress from your end in the event of a return due to a damaged product/packaging at the time of delivery. If you do not offer adequate proof, we may cancel your request.
- Morning Owl will make the ultimate decision on refunds under the 100 Nights Trial offer. If a request claim does not meet the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer, the firm maintains the right to reject the request.
- Our 100-night trial offer is only available to the original purchaser of a genuine Morning Owl Mattress purchased through www.mymorningowl.com or any other Morning Owl-authorized website.
- The 100 Nights Trial is valid for the first 100 nights following delivery. The 100 Nights trial will not be available if you switch between models.
- The 100-night trial period does not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers such as Amazon or Flipkart.
- If a customer or shipping address returns at least one of a specific Product type from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials on subsequent orders of that specific Product (for example, if you return a mattress, you will not be eligible for 100-night trials on future Mattress/Mattress toppers orders).
- Any purchase that is cancelled after it has been dispatched may incur cancellation fees or 2-way transportation.
- Any return due to incorrect size ordering, model exchange, or price difference between sale events is not permitted under the 100 Nights trial policy and will be denied.
- For all warranty and return claims, the original invoice with the company’s stamp and signature must be produced.
- Please save the original signed invoice; otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns.
- The 100-night trial period does not apply to custom-sized mattresses.
- The first 100 nights from the date of delivery are covered by the 100-night guarantee. In the event of a model switch, the 100-night trial period will continue to be computed from the day the first mattress was delivered.
- Returns for Amazon and website orders must be done through our website, by email at sleep@mymorningowl.com.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as was used to purchase the mattress.
- We will provide you the packaging materials and documentation for the reverse pick up, and your original mattress will be picked up within 7-10 working days of receiving the ‘return’ or ‘refund’ request. It may take up to 5-7 business days for collections to be completed.
- The client must pack the mattress in the extra packaging material given upon delivery. Please pack it carefully to avoid damage in transit to our warehouse.
- If the packaging material is lost, the client must pay for it and it will be resent.
- In the event that the mattress or cover is damaged, the buyer must shoulder the associated costs.
- Disputes, if any, are exclusively subject to Kerala jurisdiction.
